Gary has managed and delivered hospitality refurbishments across hotels, restaurants and branded environments — working to strict brand guidelines, tight programmes and live-site constraints.
Alongside Sauce Interiors he has spent over 15 years building and running Sauce Signage with Matthew, delivering creative, production and installation services nationally.

He has expertise in delivering large-scale projects nationwide across hospitality, leisure and commercial sectors. His deep understanding of materials, durability and sequencing ensures projects perform long after handover.
