Willis Asset Management is based at Aviation House on Waterton Industrial Estate, Bridgend. It is part of the Willis Lease Finance Corporation group, which provides aircraft engine leasing, maintenance planning and technical management to airlines and lessors around the world.
Gary has worked with Willis, formerly TES Aviation, since 2005. Today the Sauce Interiors team is on site most weeks, so small jobs get sorted quickly and the building stays in good order. Because we know the building and the people in it, we plan larger projects around the working day, and the offices stayed open and working throughout the works.
New offices. We built three additional offices within larger office spaces, with internal windows to keep the light coming through, plus the plastering and electrical work to finish them. The project took three weeks.
Reception. We designed and built the new reception. It has a curved feature wall, a timber floor, a slatted timber wall at the visitor sign-in point and a welcome wall in many languages, starting with Croeso. We also made all the branding, signage and wall graphics, including the reception logo and the welcome wall.
